Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all paid training services offered by Hub Streamhub, including foundation workshops, pattern clinics, one-to-one coaching programmes, and group introductory evenings. Fees cover instruction and materials as described on each service page.

2. Foundation Candlestick Workshop

• More than 14 days before evening one: Full refund minus a £15 administration fee, or free transfer to the next available workshop date.
• 7–14 days before evening one: 50% refund or free transfer to the next date (one transfer permitted).
• Less than 7 days before evening one: No refund. Transfer to a future date at our discretion, subject to a £25 rebooking fee.
• After evening one has taken place: No refund for evening two. Partial credit toward a future workshop may be offered in cases of documented medical emergency.

3. Pattern Clinic

• More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Within 48 hours: No refund. One reschedule permitted if we can fill the slot.
• No-show: Full fee forfeited.

Chart materials submitted for clinic preparation are non-refundable once review has begun (typically 24 hours before the session).

4. One-to-One Coaching

• Before session 1: Deposit refundable minus £15 admin fee if cancelled more than 7 days before session 1. Within 7 days, deposit is non-refundable but may transfer to a later start date within six months.
• After session 1: No refund for remaining sessions. Unused sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, up to two reschedules per programme.
• Programme cancellation by us: Full refund of unused sessions.

5. Group introductory evenings

• More than 21 days before event: Deposit refundable minus £25 admin fee.
• 14–21 days: 50% of total fee refundable.
• Less than 14 days: No refund. Date change subject to availability and £50 rebooking fee.

6. Cancellation by Hub Streamhub

If we cancel a session due to low enrolment, instructor unavailability, or venue issues, you will receive a full refund within 14 working days or priority transfer to the next available date at your choice. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

7. Non-refundable items

• Administration and rebooking fees stated above
• Printed materials already posted for online coaching (unless session cancelled by us before delivery)
• Sessions missed without notice (no-shows)

8. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your bank. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

9. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@hub-streamhub.click with your booking name, session type, and scheduled date. Include reason for cancellation. Phone +447700900001 for urgent clinic changes within 48 hours of appointment.

10. Rescheduling

Where transfer to a future date is offered under this policy, you must confirm the new date within 30 days of cancellation or the credit expires. Transferred bookings are subject to availability and any price difference if rates have increased (existing bookings honour original quoted price).

11. Exceptions

We may waive standard fees in documented cases of serious illness or bereavement. Such exceptions are evaluated individually and require supporting documentation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
